From 7 to 18 October 2026, the International Festival Toulouse les Orgues returns for its 31st edition, transforming the French "Pink City" into one of Europe's most vibrant centres of organ music. Since its foundation in 1996, the festival has become a leading international event, bringing together world-renowned performers, young talents and music lovers around one of France's richest collections of historic organs.
A major highlight of the 2026 edition is the inauguration of the fully restored 1876 Puget organ in the Church of Notre-Dame du Taur. After 150 years without a major restoration, this remarkable instrument will once again take centre stage with concerts by Nathan Laube, William Fielding, Emmanuel Pélaprat and the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse, alongside a public presentation of the restoration project.
The festival offers much more than traditional organ recitals. Visitors can enjoy orchestral concerts, choir performances, contemporary creations, educational workshops, guided tours and the popular "Nuits du Gesù", celebrating the organ in all its musical diversity.
With its unique blend of heritage, innovation and artistic excellence, Toulouse les Orgues remains one of the most inspiring organ festivals in Europe.
