Angela Ede
Angela Ede (°2003) is studying organ with Yoann Tardivel at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional in Toulouse, France, for this academic year. She is also in her third year at the University of Oxford, where she is reading French and Linguistics. In Oxford, Angela is Organ Scholar at Balliol College and has previously served as Organist to the Oxford University Catholic Chaplaincy and Director of the College Choir of Christ Church. She began her organ studies aged sixteen with Nigel Kerry through the Harlton Organ Scholarship Trust in Cambridgeshire and studies with William Whitehead in Oxford. In 2024, she has played in festival concerts as part of Toulouse les Orgues and Göteborg International Organ Festival and participated in masterclasses with Bine Bryndorf and Nathan Laube. Outside of sacred choral music, Angela enjoys playing trombone, and spent a year as an Associate of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain.
