We’re excited to announce the release of a new recording featuring the historic Penceler organ (1714) in the Leuven Saint Geertrui Church. This beautifully restored instrument comes to life under the hands of organist Wouter Dekoninck, joined by violinist Madoka Nakamaru.
Together, they explore a rich and colorful Baroque repertoire with works by Dietrich Buxtehude, Heinrich Ignaz Franz Biber, Johann Sebastian Bach, and an anonymous composer — a musical journey that highlights the expressive dialogue between organ and violin.
The album is now available on the Et'Cetera label and offers an authentic and engaging listening experience, showcasing the unique character of this exceptional historic organ.
A must-hear for lovers of early music!
