Organ Marathon Altenburg & Freiberg – September 26, 2025
What a memorable day it was! The Organ Marathon on 26 September brought audiences worldwide an unforgettable celebration of two legendary instruments in Altenburg and in Freiberg.
In Altenburg, listeners enjoyed the rich, historic sound of the famous Trost organ, while in Freiberg the magnificent Silbermann organ took centre stage. Each concert lasted around 25 minutes, offering a perfect taste of these two unique sonic worlds.
