ECHO for Peace
In times of prolonged wars and violated human rights, it is more urgent than ever to raise another voice.
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, Brussels joins over 14 European cities to make peace resonate through ECHO for Peace, a concert marathon of over four hours, as part of the ECHO – European Cities of Historical Organs network.
On the programme: 4 choirs, 4 speakers, chamber music, organ solos, and a common thread: commitment.
An event that brings together music and speech to question the world and affirm a desire for justice.
Under the patronage of Mayor Philippe Close, in collaboration with Amnesty International Belgium Francophone, and with the support of Musiq'3 and Le Soir.
Free admission – everyone welcome - voluntary contribution welcome
Audience may enter at any point during the afternoon, with respect for the interventions and subject to available seating.
Please note: the event takes place in the Dominican Church, but the pre-opening (1:45 to 2:00 PM) takes place in Parc du Cinquantenaire (see map).

We are jointly making a call for governments to reaffirm, on August 23, 2028 — the centenary of the Briand-Kellogg Pact — their commitment not to resort to force to settle disputes between them, and instead to base their relations on respect for international law.
