Organ details

History

The organ was built in 1899 by the firm Gebrüder Rieger, k.u.k. Hof-Orgelfabrik, Jägerndorf, Austrian Silesia (opus 756). The instrument is equipped with pneumatic key action, mechanical–pneumatic stop action and operates on the multiplex system. Of the 30 stops, 22 are real (independent), while the remaining 8 have been obtained through extensions.

The instrument was comprehensively restored in 2019–2020 by the firm SLJ Budowa Organów Szymon Lech Januszkiewicz of Pruszcz Gdański. The organ façade is Neo-Gothic, architectural, single-division, and seven-bay, featuring gilded carved decoration.
